Formula 1 – Driver!
Once an old businessman thought that the day has come to
handover his entire business to the next generation. He called his son who is
well educated & perfect fit to run the business –
Father: My son! The time has come to retire from this business!
I wish you should take care of the business & relieve me from this busy
schedule!
Son: Sure dad! I will take care of the business with your
blessings!
Father: Before I hand it over the business completely, I
wish to know your ability/talent in handling the situations & recruiting
the right resources to manage the business!
Son: Ok dad! Tell me the first assignment to be proved!
Father: First recruit a driver for our prestigious vehicle!
Son: Sure dad! I will recruit a driver who can drive fast
& safe!
Father: I am happy to hear this son!
Few weeks later the son returned to his father along with the
driver for the vehicle as he promised to his dad!
Driver: Sir! We must recruit some specialist to maintain the
vehicle!
Father: As your wish, appoint the people whom you think is essential
to run the vehicle!
The driver recruited the specialists like – Technicians, Mechanic, cleaner,
fuel checker, time keeper, lap man etc.,
One fine day the driver was ready to drive the prestigious vehicle
for the first time – he was so excited to drive it!
The driver got into the vehicle & searched for the
ignition - > finally he found the point & tried inserting the key – banggggggg!!!!!!zzzzzzzz!!!!!!
The bull is still searching for the driver!!!!!
